Southwest Boot Camper
October 1, 2007 was the day my life changed; that was the day I started Austin Adventure Boot Camp. I was so scared but so excited. The first day of boot camp was one of the hardest days of my life. I was 235 lbs and not an active person . I joined boot camp with a friend and that was the best thing I could have done, because she helped me stay committed. I stuck through it, kept going and I am so glad I did. Every day was hard but rewarding. Our bodies were being challenged in ways I didn't think possible. I started seeing results immediately and I loved what I was seeing! A few months later I convinced another friend (my best friend) to join and that's when boot camp became really fun. We helped each other stay motivated and we still do to this day. She too has seen incredible results! I'm so proud of her.
It's been a year now since I started boot camp and all I can say is WOW!!! I look at old pictures of myself and I just cry because of what I have gone through and what I have accomplished. I cry at how far I have come, and I cry at how different my life is now. It was all a wonderful experience and I have never felt so unbelievable. Never have I felt so beautiful and sexy as I do right now! It's such a wonderful feeling. So wonderful that I wish I could give this amazing feeling to anyone who is struggling with their weight. I have finally accomplished a goal that I've had for over 8 years -- I've lost over 50 lbs.
Austin Adventure Boot Camp has changed me physically, but more importantly it has changed me emotionally. I walk tall with my head up and I smile every day (and that's not how it was a year ago). I get compliments regularly; it's such a great feeling to know that people notice a difference in me. I had no idea that my life would be so different now. I have gained so much more than I ever thought I would have being in boot camp. My confidence is so strong because I love myself and
I love life.
Thank you so much Stephanie. You have really changed my life. You pushing me and believing in me everyday has made a huge impact in my life. I don't know where I would be right now if I didn't have you. I appreciate you so much! I believe in myself now because you believed in me!!! THANK YOU!
